It took about five days for me to receive it. Out the pack…beautiful, pre-pluck pre-layered ready to go!! The only downside and disappointing thing is that it sheds like crazy, just running your fingers through it. Multiple strands come out at a time and the ends tangle badly. This was my first purchase with this company 😔
