I don’t understand! I ordered this unit, changed my mind, and did not open the box, so that meant that I could not nor did not ruin this hair unit at all. They or your company said I did, and not they only want to give back 80% of my REFUND. So not happy! I returned it because I saw AND BOUGHT a blond ombré from you! Please help!

I love this wig. It was an easy install and it looks like the hair is growing out of my scalp. I receive so many compliments that this wig makes me look younger

The wig is nice. The only problem I have with it is it is bulky in the back. I think the cap is too big so when I pull the drawstring, I feel bulkiness, but no one would know this, if I didn’t tell them. So it feels a little uncomfortable, but it looks good. I got a lot of compliments on it
