Shipping was fast. Arrived earlier than expected. Hair looks just like picture. Thick & full & good quality lace. Easy to pluck & bleach knots. I've installed this wig twice already. It's still holding up to my standards. Very soft & minimal shedding. I will be ordering from them again soon .
