The seller was very nice to me. The problem I had was handle so well. I really appreciate that. The hair is very wonderful but just to note buyers the hair is very curly so if you want a good length hair buy inches longer than usual. the hair is true to lenght but u have to stretch it to see. This is a 12 inch
