It's VERY important to cowash Sunber hair.
This hair is AMAZING. I've been wearing it for almost a week now. I ordered it on a Monday and it delivered Saturday but I wasn't home so I got to Monday night. The hair was very soft when I first got it. It smelled like hair usually does. It's VERY important to cowash this hair. It did it twice and the first time the water was a little brown. But the curls stayed tight and shiny and soft. I got maybe five strands of shedding when I washed and combed. Amazing hair and amazing customer service
